"Where Chilli Pepper Lights Meet Christmas Lights"

No, that title wasn't pulled from the depths of my creative genius. It's simply the slogan of a little slice of delicious heaven known as Panna II Indian Restaurant. At 1st and 6th in the East Village, it's impossible to miss with it's blinding, glowing aura both inside and out. I finally understand how an insect must feel as it's flying toward that fatal zap in the bug lamp. Except here, instead of being electrocuted, you get to enjoy some of the most AMAZING and cheap Indian cuisine I've ever had. It's BYOB, which means bring your own fancy wine or some Budweiser with fancy tropical umbrella's like the table next to us. Oh and if you really want a Bollywood treat, tell them it's your birthday. :)
